    In 1935, in a small European village, Nicholas was born. He developed a passion for construction that he spent years perfecting. Nicholas later passed that knowledge on to his son Edgar. In 1997, Edgar began working in the construction field in Massachusetts. Edgar then passed on all he knew to his son, Roman.

    Roman’s humble beginnings in this family-owned business are why he is committed to providing great craftsmanship. He takes pride in the quality of work that the team at A+ Construction & Remodeling has provided for more than 30 years.

      I have been looking for a contractor to build an ADU on my property for a while.       The Sacramento State Law permits the city residents to have two ADUs within one primary dwelling lot. The total lot coverage of the ADUs (or a single-unit dwelling) must not be more than 1 200 square feet. But the residents of the City of Sacramento must also pay attention to the primary lot itself.
