Our experience of building an ADU with A+ was fantastic - from the initial design process to the construction itself. The crew was professional, and I loved watching each phase come together. When the ADU was finally complete it felt and looked like it has always been there. Even our neighbors have commented on how seamlessly it blends in with the main house, which was important to us. If you're looking to build an ADU, we highly recommend A+ Construction.
My wife and I relocated from Portland to be closer to our daughter here in Sacramento. Instead of buying a new house, we decided to build an ADU on her property. After reviewing a couple of contractor bids, we chose A+ Construction, and we’re so glad we did. We've been now living in our new home for about 4 months now, and we really love it! 10/10!
A+ Construction ADU Builders was a great choice for our backyard project. We toured several ADUs before deciding to hire A+. They have thought of everything. They handled all of the permits, change requests, etc. Together we created a beautiful home for our daughter. I would hire them again a hundred times over.

At the beginning off 2024 we became the proud owners of an A+ ADU. The process was better than we could have hoped for. Though we had never gone down this road before, A+ Construction made us look like we knew what we were doing. The process was transparent and there were no surprises. A+ team were a dream to work with. Everyone on the team including all of their subs were great, on time, communicative and professional. We have done quite a few home remodels over the years and we decided to hire A+ Construction to build an ADU on our property for our parents. Everything from initial design to completion met our expectations. They really listened to us and what we wanted. We would use A+ again and recommend anyone considering building an ADU to work with them.
When I started looking for someone to build our ADU, it was tough to choose until I met with Oleg from A+ Construction. From the start he made me feel comfortable and sure I made the right choice. The work was excellent, I'd give them 10 out of 10! The workers were all skilled and easy going. After they finished our ADU, my in-laws decided to have them start on a project at their house too.
A+ Construction Pro helped us transform our old garage that was basically a glorified storage room, into something truly functional—a bright, open home office that fits our needs perfectly. The process went really smoothly. Our PM Serge kept us updated, and the crew was respectful of our property. Now, instead of staring at clutter, we have a beautiful new space. We were looking to build an ADU to rent out and found A+ Construction ADU Builders. After comparing a few companies, we chose them because of the detailed quote and the price that included everything upfront. Oleg helped us design a layout that would work for tenants, and the finished unit is even better than we hoped for. My wife had been bugging me for years to do something with our old garage, but I kept putting it off. Finally, we decided to convert it into an addition, and I can honestly say my only regret is not doing it sooner! A+ handled everything from design to construction, and the transformation is incredible. It was just a cluttered storage space and now we have a cozy and functional guest suite that our family loves. A+ Construction did an amazing job building my ADU. My friends have built an addition with A+ and were the ones to recommend them and I am glad I went with them too. The project was completed in time for our big family gathering, which was very important to me. I now have a fully functional second home in my backyard. It’s so nice that I am actually tempted to move in there myself and rent out my main house instead. It was a smooth experience from start to finish and I definitely recommend A+!

I have been looking for a contractor to build an ADU on my property for a while. I contacted A+ Construction after seeing their great reviews online and am now happy to write another 5-star review for my own project. The crew was fast, professional, and detail-oriented. Rod helped me pick the right layout. We chose pre-approved plans from the county which saved us some time at the beginning. I am grateful that Rod suggested that. I was worried that the construction itself would be too loud and too messy, but everything ended up being pretty manageable. If you're thinking of building an ADU, these are your guys for sure!

My wife and I wanted to build a small rental unit to bring in some extra income. A+ Construction really delivered on what we needed.
